These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nasaat Media mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by Nasaat Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any account credentials. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, or use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The App may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. By subscribing:

All content, design, and materials in the App (excluding user-generated or third-party content) are owned by Nasaat Media LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Religious and educational content is for informational purposes; we are not liable for decisions made based on such content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nasaat Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or subscriptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated in the App or by email where appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nasaat Media LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
